He said the Arbaeen pilgrimage also has social potentials, stressing that justice, freedom, equality and fighting corruption are among the civilizational criteria of Arbaeen.
The senior cleric also said human dignity is manifested in the movement of Imam Hussein (AS) and in Arbaeen.
More than 30 scholars and heads of research centers attended by the forum, which was organized by the cultural committee of Arbaeen at the Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization.
Arbaeen is a religious event observed by Shia Muslims on the fortieth day after the Day of Ashura, commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS), the grandson of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the third Shia imam.
It is one of the largest annual pilgrimages in the world, with millions of Shia Muslims, as well as many Sunnis and followers of other religions, walking to Karbala from various cities in Iraq and neighboring countries.
